If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for an exchange under the following conditions:

  1. You have the right to return the product during the time of delivery, while the delivery person is still present.

Alternatively, you can exchange the product within 72 hours of physically receiving it.

  1. Products must be returned in resalable condition for an exchange to be processed.

  2. We will process refunds within 7 to 10 working days of receiving your request. Refunds will be issued via the same payment method used for the original purchase.

  3. If the exchanged product is priced lower than your original purchase, the price difference will be refunded through the same payment method used. We cannot credit the refund to your personal account on our website.

This policy does not apply to prescription or custom lenses and accessories, as these items are made according to the personalized specifications provided by the customer.

Order Acceptance:

  • All orders are subject to our approval, and we reserve the right to refuse an order for various reasons, including but not limited to:
  • Incorrect information provided by you (e.g., wrong shipping address).
  • Errors on our website regarding the product you ordered.
  • The product you ordered is no longer available.
  • Shipping restrictions to your region require additional information for delivery.

Product Availability:

  • The presence of a product on our website does not guarantee that it will be available for purchase when you place an order.

Changing or Cancelling Your Order:

  • You may modify or cancel your order, including items on backorder, at any time before the order is packed for shipment. To do so, email us at help@eyeiz.com with your Order ID.
